Product detailed description
He has renounced the throne of Hell. Now he is ready to rewrite reality! The fallen angel who stepped out of the pages of Neil Gaiman’s *Sandman* comic book series embarks on his own epic journey in this award-winning series by writer Mike Carey. Ever since he gave up the throne and left Hell, Lucifer Morningstar has spent his days overseeing a severely reduced staff at Lux, the most elite piano bar in Los Angeles. However, a job offer that comes once in a lifetime will soon put an end to his peaceful retirement. It is presented to him by the Creator himself, and if Lucifer successfully completes his task, he will be able to set his own price. Negotiating on this thin line between opportunity and catastrophe, however, will require all of his legendary cunning and willpower—and no small amount of sacrifice. Though not necessarily his own. The first volume of the omnibus edition of the LUCIFER series contains the issues The Sandman Presents: Lucifer #1–3 and Lucifer #1–28. (In the Czech editions, these were the following volumes: Lucifer: The Lightbringer’s Journey, Lucifer 1: The Devil Walks Through the Door, Lucifer 2: Children and Monsters, Lucifer 3: Flirting with the Damned, and Lucifer 4: The Divine Comedy.)
